You must contact the Pays de Gex Agglo to let us know you’re moving here and activate your waste account. How to let us know:
The Pays de Gex Agglo team will let you know how to use the waste collection service (recycling information, collection regulations, bin collection days, billing, fob-access recycling centres etc.).
A bin will be delivered upon request if you don’t already have one. Let us know if you already have a bin so we can activate your subscription. NB : An automatic charge will apply to your bills if you don’t activate your subscription.
We can supply an alternative bin if the size of the one provided is unsuitable for your requirements.

You must inform the Pays de Gex Agglo so we can remove your bin from the collection schedule or deactivate your fob. Your bills will stop by the day you move once you inform us. Failure to do so may result in you being billed for the new owner’s usage. Your usage will be calculated on a pro rata basis based on the number of months you have lived at the household. Payment is due for the start of every month.
Your bin must be emptied, cleaned and left on-site so it can be assigned to other users. Leave your fob alongside the keys to your household. Failure to do so may result in billing.
