Homeowner associations

In accordance with the French law regarding waste and the circular economy in place since January 1st 2022, homeowner associations must inform homeowners about local regulations applying to recycling and provide information about recycling centre locations, opening times and access requirements.

Homeowner associations must display this information in areas reserved for disposing of household waste (e.g. in front of the bin store). You must also send this information to all the residents in the building, tenants and homeowners alike, at least once a year.
