Bin collection

The bin lid must close. Overfilled bins are not accepted and will not be collected. You will get a sticker if your bin is not emptied due to overfilling. Bins must not contain garden waste, rubble or bulky items. This type of waste must be disposed of at the recycling centre.

Non-conforming, damaged or overfilled bins will not be emptied. The lid should close easily. However, overfilled bins put out for collection will be emptied and billed at twice the rate.
