The tips are recycling centres with caretakers and gated entry. Residents and businesses must dispose of any bulky, garden, construction, heavy or hazardous waste at the tip.
You must follow the instructions to safely dispose of waste and ensure every material is recycled or reused appropriately.
Entry requirements
The following vehicles are allowed entry: passenger vehicles with or without trailers, vans and flatbed lorries weighing up to 3.5 tons, up to 6m long and with no coupling.
Accepted waste (weekly limit)
You are not allowed to dispose of or pick up household waste.
Summer opening times (March-October):
Monday-Friday: 8.30am-12pm and 1.45m-6pm
Saturday: 8.30am-6pm
Sunday: 9am-12pm
Winter opening times (November-February)
Monday-Friday: 8.30am-12pm and 1.45m-5pm
Saturday: 8.30am-5pm
Sunday: 9am-12pm

From June 1st to September 30th, the opening hours of the 4 recycling centers and the green waste platform in Divonne are adapted in the event of heatwave episodes of level 3 or higher triggered by the Ain Prefecture and corresponding to a meteorological alert level of orange or red.
For the recycling centres in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, Ornex, Versonnex and Péron :
• Monday-Saturday : 7am-15pm
• Sunday : 9am-12pm
For the garden waste centre in Divonne-les Bains :
• Monday, Wednesday-Saturday: 7am-15pm Closing days do not change.
In the event of a yellow alert or in the absence of an alert, the usual hours apply.
